"From fifth grade through high school I studied dance at the Academy of Ballet in the Royal Academy style. Occasionally, I would take classes at Margo Marshall School of Dance. In college I studied under Stanley Hall at the University of Texas and the Austin Ballet Theater and also the Austin Civic Ballet. In 1983 I began teaching dance for Susan Bates of Super Stars Dance. Eventually, I formed my own dance program called A Time Dance. I love teaching children to dance and want very much to provide dance classes that are wholesome and God honoring."
Donna and her team (see below) are happy to offer to you and your child a dance program that is progressively age appropriate, wholesome and fun! Our goal is to provide quality dance classes that incorporate fun and discipline to help develop a stronger body, self-esteem and confidence.
The name "A Time to Dance" comes from Ecclesiastes 3:4 in the Bible, referring to the fact that dancing is a delightful part of life. As a woman who is devoted to a biblical Christ-centered life, Donna wants her classes to be a joyful, God honoring experience for the students.
Let them praise His name with dancing...Psalm 149:3
